When you use the contact form on this website we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, telephone number (if given) and the content of your message.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not use this website to build marketing profiles.

  • carry out the freight forwarding services you ask us to provide;
  • keep records we are legally required to keep.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and where applicable the performance of a contract with you.

Who We Share It With

Messages sent via the contact form are delivered to our mailbox by SendGrid (Twilio Inc.), our email delivery provider, acting as a data processor on our behalf. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Where necessary to perform services for you, information may be shared with carriers, customs authorities and other parties directly involved in moving your cargo.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Records relating to shipments and customs declarations are retained for the periods required by UK law.
